WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING ABOUT THE CAMPS AND TRAINING?
**I have come to know Coach Rich while playing as a pro in Houston, and as one of the coaches for the Dynamo Academy. One thing I can say is that he is very dedicated to kids. He knows the ins and outs of how to teach the players to play soccer and all the skills that are involved in the game. I reccomend him as a skilled and knowledgeable coach who can help kids see their soccer dreams come true in the future.

**After knowing Coach Elder for about 6 years and playing under him for 4 I’ve learned a new perspective to the game of soccer. From the first day he is very direct on what his expectations for the team and me as an individual were going to be and he made us expect it from ourselves. He knows how to push someone to their limit to see what their true potential is at the same time knowing where their limitations are. Even now playing division 1 soccer at De Paul University I still talk to Coach Elder when I need advice, some help in my game, or just a little bit of encouragement. **My daughter had the privilege of training with coach, Rich Elder, for 3 years. Coach Elder was extremely knowledgeable, reliable and professional. She learned so much about the game of soccer and acquired skills that are still serving her well as a player for a select team. Rich honed her basic techniques, then excelled her footwork and ball striking skills. He also increased her physical and mental strength as an athlete. **One of the things as a parent I have liked about individual striker training is the positive attitude you have had with my daughter.
